Can I switch between packages mid-month?
Yes. Switch up or down with 24-hour notice. Unused days are pro-rated to your next billing cycle.

Do unused trips roll over to the next month?
Up to 4 trips roll over for one cycle on the Monthly Commuter pack. Other packs are use-it-or-lose-it within their window.

Is the same driver assigned across the package?
Yes - we pin a primary driver to your pack. If they're on leave, we send a backup with prior notice and a brief.

Can my company bill the pack monthly with GST?
Yes. Corporate clients get a monthly GST invoice and a single-point account manager. Use the form above to request a quote.

What if I need to cancel the entire package?
Full refund up to 24 hours before activation. After that, used days are billed at standard hourly rates and the remainder is refunded.
